"My taxi was booked for 230pm to collect me from my arriving flight into East Midlands. Your question about ‘how late was your driver’ doesn’t fit the situation as your driver was an hour early!! Your driver rang my number multiple times from 1pm-130pm. I was in the air so unable to take any calls. My flight arrived earlier than scheduled so I rang his number back about 145pm only to be told ‘sorry you’ve no-showed for your flight, so taxi is no longer available’. I advised him the booking was for 230pm so it’s not possible to be a no-show but he confirmed to me that it was for 130pm. I checked my email and it clearly stated 230pm which I told him. He said he was now on another job and I had no booking for 230pm. He then said he would try to fix it and would call me back. Which he did only to say sorry there’s nothing he could do. I told him I would look for another cab to take me home and then he said that he would try to fix it again and kept me on hold for nearly 5mins so I hung up at that point. So no, I’m not happy with your service. What I didn’t realise at the time was the car was prepaid too!! How you can justify taking payment and no-showing yourself makes me wonder how you operate a taxi service in the first instance. Would I like to leave a tip you now ask?? I would like a full refund for the service that was prepaid and not provided. Also can I suggest that you educate drivers when collecting from the airport to physically get out of their cars to check the flight arrivals so they know exactly where their passengers are. "

"The driver was too fast in the bends which scared the children and had to be reminded to drive slower or smoother. Also he did not drop off the client at a correct address. We had provided exact farm name as it share its post code with neighbouring farm but neighbouring farm has different name. Google maps is fully up to date with a farm name and taxi driver should know not to solely rely on the post code only. If it wasn't for the other taxi driver, the family with two little children would have ended up having to walk on the main road dangerous road with no pavement to the correct farm witch was about 1 mile away. Very disappointing. Sorry, but will not use the service again. "
"37£ for 16miles is an excessive price, also is not acceptable anyway to pay 5£ extra to access to the drop off area at the terminal airport. It should be included in the main service quote. This was not a profesional service at all"
"I called to cancel the booking and you still had taken money out of my account. You also called to check where I was going and the person told me to book on the app, but I had booked. When I asked what app they got annoyed and hung up on me. I will never recommend the service to anyone. £42:50 taken out of my account to ho nowhere when I called in plenty of time to cancel it. "

"I booked my taxi online 4 days in advance for 8:15am pickup. It cost me £94. I had a crucial meeting in Nottingham. At 8:15 I called as no taxi arrived on time. I was told there had been a technical error and it would be 20 minutes. I then received a number of calls one of which was from the driver asking me if Tori and Ben’s was close to my house. I then had to tell him my address and post code so he could find my house- I asked him if he had my booking and did he have a map or sat nav so he could locate my house. He eventually did - 32 minutes after the specified time which I had booked 4 days prior. It was all blamed on a technical error- we are in the 21st Century folks. That is a very weak excuse. Get yourselves sorted out please. I’m pretty sure you won’t publish this - it would be open and honest if you did."

"The driver drives way too fast. It the second time I have the same driver (the last trip was 11 march)and it is the same thing. He was going so fast that it droved past my stop. I was sick al the time in the car."

"We were very happy with the driver and journey once we set off, but there are two issues to flag. First, that our train was delayed so I e-mailed to say we would be 15-20 minutes late. That message was not passed on to the driver, and we therefore had to pay an additional £5 for waiting time. Secondly, he was waiting at the wrong station and we then had to wait for him. I booked online and there was only one 'Derby' option so I do not understand what went wrong. "
